Down by the lake

Playtime is located at 1300 Water Street, in the downtown core on Okanagan Lake. Casino guests park free in the covered parkade's GREEN zone. Each day two entrances are open: one on Water Street, and the Causeway entrance, a short step off the parkade.
Car-free evenings start with the route 2 North End Shuttle, whose Water St at Cawston Ave stop leaves only about 25 m of walking to Playtime. A second option is route 5 Gordon / Downtown, whose stop on Ellis St at Clement Ave sits about 260 m away. Timetables are on BC Transit, not here. Playtime sits inside a larger complex named Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Centre. For a night without a ride home, the Hotel item in the casino's menu points to the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort.
A lot with chargers
Parking at Chances, 1585 Springfield Road, costs nothing and is on the property, in the lot facing the main entrance. EV charging is available in that lot. About 150 m away are two stops, Springfield Rd at Burtch Rd and Springfield Rd at Dayton St, each served by route 8 University / College and route 11 Rutland / Downtown. Bus times are not listed in this guide; BC Transit posts them, and checking there first makes the ride back simpler to plan.
From one room to the other
Measured as a direct line from one set of map coordinates to the other, the gap between the casinos is 3 km. Roads add distance, so driving or riding from Water Street to Springfield Road means a longer trip than that number implies. The map link next to this text traces the road route connecting them.
ID on the way in
Admission starts at 19, the age British Columbia sets for legal gambling. At any B.C. casino door, security scans each visitor's government-issued photo ID and checks it against a list of those barred, such as Game Break enrollees. Once someone is admitted, no personal information is kept by the system.
Playtime may ask for valid photo ID at any time, and anyone enrolled in Game Break is turned away. Customers with disabilities can access the facility, and on request it provides communication supports, accessible formats and wheelchairs.
